This is a follow up report on the earlier IndiaFacts story on the large scale violence against Hindus in Nadia, West Bengal. The Hindu Samhati team sent in this report to IndiaFacts after visiting the Nawda village falling under the Kaliganj jurisdiction in Nadia district. The team witnessed the scale of devastation inflicted on the hapless Hindus in the village.

The victims were mostly from the Scheduled Caste. Three of them have been killed and several seriously injured. Their property has been looted and destroyed on a large scale. As has been the case, the mainstream media has not reported the story nor has the West Bengal government taken any action against the perpetrators of this brutal attack.
