Muslim Hooliganism in Chennai
This is a ground report from IndiaFacts readers in Chennai about a shocking case of Muslim hooliganism in Chennai.
On 24 February, when a woman belonging to the Marwari community was returning home after work at around 3 pm in Muthialpet, Chennai, a few Muslim youth surrounded her and then molested her in public. The woman managed to escape from their clutches, reached home and informed her brother about the ghastly incident. When her brother went to the spot and questioned the youth, he was thrashed by about 30-40 Muslims. Seeing him bleed profusely from the head, they took him to a nearby hospital.
Following this, Thirunavukkarasu Elango, City General Secretary of Hindu Munnani went to the Police station for registering a complaint and seeking protection for the said woman. Even as he was in the station, a group of Muslims stormed the police station and then attacked Elango and his car.
Narrating the incident, Elango said that after the girl’s brother was admitted to the hospital, his
Relatives and the local Hindus rushed to the local police station and registered a complaint. The police arrested one person by name Shajahan. Immediately after coming to know of Shajahan’s arrest, persons belonging to TMMK (Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam), TNTJ (Tamil Nadu Tauheed Jamath) and a few other Islamic outfits stormed the police station with the intention of forcing the police not to take action against their men. I too proceeded to the police station. As I was alighting from my car, I was attacked from behind and my car was also not spared. The attackers said that they would burn me along with my car within two days and continued their attack on me. The police standing around us stood as mere spectators. They stopped only after my driver took my car away.
Then the local Hindus started sloganeering demanding the arrest of the culprits. The Joint Commissioner of Police, assured us that strong action will be taken against the culprits and requested us to vacate the local people from the place. When we went near our people, Muslims were shouting “Allah Zindabad and “Pakistan Zindabad.” However, the police kept quiet and instead of taking action against them, they asked us to leave from the spot. In fact, the police were literally driving us away from the place.
The police came to us and asked us to leave the place. When we requested the local Hindus to go back to their respective places, they agreed, and, when they were about to take back their two wheelers, a group of about 40-50 Muslims started attacking them. The Hindus and their vehicles were attacked. When we spoke to the police about this incident, they tried to convince that they would give protection and asked us to go back.
Various Hindu Organisations have called for a bandh in the areas of Muthialpet, Sowcarpet, Broadway and surrounding areas condemning the attack on the Hindu woman and Elango.
No mainstream media house has reported this incident.
This incident is only the latest in an alarming spectre of Muslim hooliganism on the rise in Tamil Nadu over the last three or four years.

Yes, yes. We will soon be 30% Christian. We will quietly give away all our temple wealth (most of it is already gone). We will allow a false case to be foisted on the Shankaracharya, and not even demand an apology for his treatment like a common criminal, even after his acquittal in the High Court.

I am shocked to hear that such an incident took place in the city that I live in. The ‘secular’ mainstream media did not report it. I feel let down by the present CM who could have put down this mischief in a firm manner.
Secular people should reply to this hooliganism by casting their votes in 2014 par. Elec. for Modi, He can only bring communal harmony in India, as he did in Gujarat.

When govt fails again and again to protect a community,it creates unrest among that community,continuous muslim appeasement and incidents like this will only make hindus more right wingers.
Strongest action should b taken without delay. Anti-nationalist should b charged with treason charges n brought to justice so that no one can dare against national interest. The way d media n political parties r silent on dis matter, shows dey r least concerned about Jain community. They should remember a woman was molested, had she been a muslim des ppl will all start shouting for women rights to gain their political benefits

I think that the mainstream society must by and large discard the Muslims in India and elsewhere. Let them buy,sell,work,socialise among themselves and turn into a small group with no outside support. Even the regular society and stores must stop selling to them. The various governments must pass a law in this regard.But unfortunately, the dependency on petrol/ diesel and the domination of middle east in these areas is so high that none of the nations could dare to do it. We must begin this with India and no one should buy things from muslims, use their services, visit their shops. That is the only way to economically corner this group of people who are always the trouble makers in which ever corner of the world they live in. Until they accept and realise the need to mingle and live with the majority of the society, they must be abandoned and discarded and isolated.
If we arrest these 40 hooligans & anti national ,the problem will not get solve entirely . We need to to break the origin of these ideas. There should be exemplary punishment & such moron should be boycotted. Crushing ruthlessly is the only just option.
Through all those buggers to pakistan where hundreds of people dying everyday with out food proper shelter it is our mistake that we gave them enough oppurtunities to live here peacefully….Indian govt should through all these people by force and ask them to leave immediately if they love their so called Pakistan

SO THERE WAS NO QUESTION ON COMMUNITY LET US LEAVE PEACEFULLY IN THIS COUNTRY ALL(ALL COMMUNITY) WE HAVE MADE EFFORTS TO BUILD THIS NATION IS SIGNIFICANT.

This is really bad! I want to share this with my friends, but you haven’t posted any credible source or proof pertaining to the incident. People might say this is fake and anyone can write this.

Please don’t vote for either of dravida parties. Both are known for muslim appeasement. Most people have forgotten the incident when Muslims attacked an exhibition of art on mughal atrocities in chennai a while ago. Nowadays there is a media black out of all these incidents.
Which is why hindus must look out for themselves and not vote for any party indulging in minority appeasement.
The most unfortunate is that presstitude did not report this incidence. Had Muslim woman been victim in Hindu areas they would have shouted from rooftops. Muslim league before partisan is raising its evil head, bunch of sickular traitors are not bothered.
Let’s stop differentiating Muslims and the Hindus……. Lets talk in terms of the right and the wrong.

Instead of saying “those who raised slogans like ‘Pakistan zindabad’ ” it is simpler just to say muslim.
Not surprising for a state where its leaders make it a point to denigrate Hinduism in Iftaar parties. In a meeting by political leaders of this religion, in 2011-12(at Vellore), anti-national slogans were raised – as one would expect TN govt took no action on this.(this was reported only by a very few magazines-again in true “secular” style)
A small correction-the meeting where anti national statements were raised, occured during the previous govt(hence not in 2011/12)
This is too bad. Who ever the culprit police shall take action strongly. and i personal feel police should look from the angle if such things happens with there families then will they will stand on the same status. this is a high time action shall be taken immediately on war footing basis to stop such things e with females that to where a female is very strong CM and expected to be recent future PM

This is shocking. Jaya’s govt has allowed these kind of outfits to thrive in the state. RSS or VHP does not a strong presence in TN and other southern states. It wouldnt be surprising if these type of incidents start happening frequently!
Jehaadis are pests wherever they are and are in absolute need of pest control. If we do not take strong action now, these vermin will breed another Paak right in front of our eyes.
Doesn’t saying “Pakistan Zindabad” constitute anti-national and act of treason, and the police should have arrested these Muslims?
Munnani will have to simply start reacting like Israelites , simply lodging complaints will not do ,fight fire with fire.
